Jobsite & Fleet Technology — Procore: Jobsite Documentation. Anvil internal training only; it is not a vendor certification. Access and navigation Procore's free training site is separate from your company's projects. Registering for training does not give you access to company jobs — your employer invites you, and their administrator decides what you can see and do. Always confirm you are inside the correct project before adding anything. 1. Register for training using the official learning site link below. 2. Accept the invitation email your employer sends for company projects. 3. Install the official mobile app if your supervisor asks you to use it. 4. Open the project list and choose the job by its exact name and number. 5. If a tool you need is missing, ask your supervisor — do not ask coworkers to share logins. Practice: You are assigned to job #2417 "Hwy 89 Culvert Replacement". Your project list shows four sample projects. Drawings and documents Building from an outdated sheet causes rework and safety problems. Every drawing carries revision information — a number or letter and a date. Check it against what your supervisor says is current, and look at related documents such as specifications. If something conflicts or is unclear, ask before you build. 1. Open the correct project first. 2. Open the drawings area described in the official support guide. 3. Find the sheet number and read its revision and date. 4. Check related documents your supervisor names. 5. Write down any conflict and ask your supervisor before work starts. Practice: Sample sheet C-201 shows two versions: Rev 2 dated 03/04 and Rev 3 dated 05/18 with a cloud around the inlet location. Photos and daily documentation Good daily records are facts, not opinions: where, when, what work, who and what equipment, and any delays with their cause. A photo needs a description someone else can understand months later — location, direction and what it shows. 1. Confirm the project and date. 2. Record location (station, grid or landmark). 3. List work performed, crew count and equipment used. 4. Note delays and their cause. 5. Add photos with a short factual description, then submit as your employer requires. Practice: Build a sample daily report for a 5-person crew placing storm pipe with one excavator; rain stopped work for 2 hours. Observations and punch items An issue report needs a location, a clear description, a photo, who is responsible and the follow-up needed. In general, observations track safety or quality conditions found during work, while punch items track work to finish or correct, often near closeout. Your employer decides which tool to use — check the official support guide and your supervisor's instructions. An immediate danger is always reported to your supervisor in person first. 1. Make the area safe or warn people if there is immediate danger, and tell your supervisor. 2. Open the correct project and the tool your employer specifies. 3. Enter location, description and a photo. 4. Assign the responsible party if you have permission. 5. Follow up until it is closed. Practice: A barricade at an open trench on sample job #2417 is missing; traffic passes 10 ft away. Role-based provider training Procore offers its own free role-based courses. Your administrator may require a specific one. Anvil's completion record is internal training — a certificate from Procore is separate, and Anvil does not award Procore certification. 1. Open the official learning site in a new tab. 2. Choose the course your administrator listed, or one for your role. 3. Finish it and download the provider certificate if one is given. 4. Upload it with your evidence at the end of this course. Practice: You finished a Procore course and received its certificate.
